Natasha Almeida Bowen Technique, Polarity.
Natasha is an emerging therapist in the flourishing field of Bowen Technique.
After completing her degree in Exercise Science at the University of Sydney, she became interested in Yoga practice, which then inspired her pursuit into the healing arts.
To complement this wellbeing interest Natasha commenced studies in Bowen Technique and is now a qualified practitioner.
In addition to her Bowen Technique practice Natasha is also studying Yoga teacher training and obtaining final qualifications in Polarity Therapy which she believes has deepened her knowledge & experience in this field.
